Is the moissanite real?

Yes. VIREX uses genuine lab-created moissanite selected in DEF colour and VVS1 clarity.

How does moissanite test?

Moissanite commonly registers on thermal and some electrical diamond testers because of its conductivity. It remains a distinct gemstone, and every VIREX piece is described transparently as moissanite.

Will the silver tarnish?

The 925 sterling silver base is finished with rhodium for lasting shine and improved tarnish resistance.

What does limited batch mean?

Vantra pieces are produced in controlled quantities rather than continuous mass production. Availability varies by piece and size, and restock timing may vary after a batch is fully allocated.

What comes with my order?

Your piece arrives in a matte black VIREX box with a velvet pouch, care guide, and cleaning cloth.

What is the return policy?

Bracelets and chains can be returned within 15 days of delivery. They must be unworn and returned with the complete original presentation.
