After your selection
Bracelets and chains may be returned within 15 days of confirmed delivery. Submit a request from your private order page before sending a product back so VIREX can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.
Condition
Returned pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and complete with the original box, pouch, certificate, care materials, and any included accessories.
Non-returnable items
Personalized items, gift cards, items marked final sale, and earrings where offered are not eligible for return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Inspection & refund
Approved returns are inspected when received. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank processing time varies.

Open the private order link sent after checkout and choose “Request a return.” If you no longer have the link, email [email protected] with your order reference.
