Is VIREX moissanite genuine?
Yes. We use lab-created silicon carbide moissanite selected in DEF colour and VVS1 clarity.
How does moissanite test?
Moissanite commonly registers on thermal and some electrical diamond testers because of its conductivity. It remains a distinct gemstone, and every VIREX piece is described transparently as moissanite.
What metal do you use?
Every current Vantra piece is made in solid 925 sterling silver and finished with rhodium for a bright, cool tone and added tarnish resistance.
Is a certificate included?
Yes. Your piece includes a GRA certificate along with the VIREX care guide and packaging.

How do I choose bracelet size?
Measure your wrist below the wrist bone, then add 0.25 inches for a snug fit, 0.5 inches for everyday comfort, or 0.75 inches for a relaxed fit.
Can I wear it every day?
Moissanite is highly durable at 9.25 on the Mohs scale. Remove your piece for heavy work, swimming, and contact with harsh chemicals to protect the setting and finish.
How should I clean it?
Use lukewarm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Rinse, dry completely, and finish with the included polishing cloth.

How does checkout work?
Choose your piece and continue to secure Stripe checkout. Inventory is reserved during the active payment session and confirmed only after successful payment. VIREX never receives or stores your full card number.
Where do you ship?
VIREX delivers worldwide. Canadian orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation; international timing and rates appear for your destination before payment. Tracking is sent when your order leaves our care.
What is your return window?
Unworn bracelets and chains in original condition and packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
